We're not your average brewery as all of our beer is brewed for us under contract so we don't always have an extensive list on tap. Please bear with us as we get more beer brewed over the next several months.
The majority of our beers will be our take on American and English ales like India Pale Ales, Pale Ales, Brown Ales, Porters, Stouts, and Blonde Ales. Every beer contains at least one ingredient grown on the farm - hops, fruits, or vegetables. Each week we offer infused versions of one of the beers using fresh fruit, vegetables or hops from the farm.
Agent Orange, 8.7% ABV, ~75 IBU, SRM 5.6
Our first hazy IPA with big orange and citrus flavors and aromas. This beer uses pale malt, Carared malt flaked barley, lactose, and sweet orange peel and is hopped with CTZ, Centennial, Mandarina Bavaria, Azacca, Exp. #10416, Citra, Amarillo, and Thanksgiving Farms Cascade hops.
Dirty American, 4.0% ABV, ~49 IBU, SRM 11.2
Our very first beer we opened with 4 years ago is back due to popular demand. It uses Maris Otter malt, biscuit malt, medium British crystal malt, aromatic malt, brown malt, and flaked oats and uses Citra for bittering, Citra and Cascade for aroma, and Citra and Idaho 7 for dry hop. Available in 4-packs of 16-oz cans.
Helles Belles, 5.2% ABV, ~18 IBU, SRM 4.5
Our yellow, crisp lager with a light hop aroma and malty finish. Uses German Pilsner malt, Carahell malt, Caravienne malt, and Carapils malt. Hopped with Thanksgiving Farm’s Cascade hops to balance the malt and give it just a touch of citrus flavor. Also, available in 4-packs of 16-oz cans!!!! OUR FIRST CANNED BEER!!!
Prion Porter, 4.7% ABV, ~43 IBU, SRM 25.8
A substantial, malty dark ale with a complex and flavorful roasty, chocolaty character. Uses Maris Otter 2-row pale malt, American 2-row pale male, brown malt, medium British crystal malt (55L), black malt, chocolate malt, and roasted barley. Hopped with Thanksgiving Farm’s Nugget hops to balance the malt sweetness. We have this on draught and nitro tap. We have an Applejack barrel aged version that will be released this fall.
Human Harvester IPA, 6.0% ABV, ~63 IBU, SRM 10
Our fresh hop IPA. It uses Maris Otter malt, American 2-row pale malt, medium British crystal malt, aromatic malt, biscuit malt, and flaked oats and uses Nugget and Columbus hops for bittering and a blend of fresh (wet) hops from Thanksgiving Farm – Cascade and Columbus/Zeus – and Saint John’s Catholic School – Cascade and Centennial. A portion of sales is going to a charity of Saint John's choosing.
Black Death IPA, 8.0% ABV, ~80 IBU, SRM 24.4
A super hoppy black IPA. This beer uses American 2-row pale malt, Carafoam, Carafa Special III, aromatic, and black malt to provide the sweetness to balance the bittering hops yet lets the aroma hops shine. Bittering hops are Columbus, Centennial, Azacca, and Amarillo with Citra and Cascade (from Thanksgiving Farm) used in the whirlpool. Dry hops are Citra, Amarillo, Azacca, Centennial, and Columbus.
