We're not your average brewery as all of our beer is brewed for us under contract so we don't always have an extensive list on tap. Please bear with us as we get more beer brewed over the next several months.
The majority of our beers will be our take on American and English ales like India Pale Ales, Pale Ales, Brown Ales, Porters, Stouts, and Blonde Ales. Every beer contains at least one ingredient grown on the farm - hops, fruits, or vegetables. Each week we offer infused versions of one of the beers using fresh fruit, vegetables or hops from the farm.
Barrel-Aged Weezy, 7.3% ABV, ~33 IBU, SRM 20.7
A Strong Scotch ale, aka, a wee heavy. This is a burnt ruby red malt bomb with a light floral note from our use of Challenger, East Kent Goldings, and our Cascade hops. Weezy uses Maris Otter malt, Special B malt, flaked barley, and crystal 120L malt. Available in 4-packs of 16-oz cans.
Weezy was aged in Tenth Ward Distillery Maryland Rye and Smoked Bourbon barrels and blended the two barrels together for this one. Nitro pour for a creamy finish.
Helles Belles, 5.0% ABV, ~18 IBU, SRM 4.5
Our yellow, crisp lager with a light hop aroma and malty finish. Uses German Pilsner malt, Carahell malt, Caravienne malt, and Carapils malt. Hopped with Thanksgiving Farm’s Cascade hops to balance the malt and give it just a touch of citrus flavor. Also, available in 4-packs of 16-oz cans.
Agent Orange, 8.7% ABV, ~75 IBU, SRM 5.6 (only available in cans)
A hazy IPA with big orange and citrus flavors and aromas. Uses pale malt, Carared malt, flaked barley, lactose, and sweet orange peel and is hopped with CTZ, Centennial, Mandarina Bavaria, Azacca, Exp. #10416, Citra, Amarillo, and Thanksgiving Farms Cascade hops.
Human Harvester, 6.2% ABV, ~63 IBU, SRM 9.7
Our fresh hop pale ale using Maris Otter malt, 2-row malt, medium British crystal malt, aromatic malt, and biscuit malt with Columbus hops for bittering and a blend of fresh (wet) hops from Thanksgiving Farm – Cascade and Nugget
Rye-Sin, 5.5% ABV, ~37 IBU, SRM 11
A rye pale ale that uses American 2-row pale malt, rye malt, medium British crystal malt, aromatic, and red rye to provide the sweetness and spiciness of a rye. The bittering hops are Columbus with Cascades (from Thanksgiving Farm) used in the whirlpool. Rye-Sin was dry hopped with Columbus, Cascade, Chinook, and Amarillo. Available in 4-packs of 16-oz cans.
Antidote #1, 5.3% ABV, ~33 IBU, SRM 6.8 (tapping 5/15)
A dark golden yellow, crisp American pale ale with a citrusy hop aroma and clean finish. Uses German Pilsner malt and a touch of medium British crystal malt. Hopped with Thanksgiving Farm’s Centennial hops to balance the malt and then dry-hopped with more Centennial to crank the aroma to the next level.
